Does HOBI offer on-site and off-site data destruction?
Yes. HOBI provides data security and erasure services both on-site and off-site. Data-bearing devices are wiped with HOBI Shield, HOBI’s own data erasure software, aligned to NIST 800-88.
What certifications does HOBI hold?
Each HOBI facility is R2v3, RIOS and ISO 14001 certified. The Dallas facility is also NAID AAA certified, and HOBI International, Inc. is a WBENC-certified woman-owned business.
Does HOBI handle data center decommissioning?
Yes. HOBI’s data center services cover decommissioning, relocation and secure data erasure for servers, storage and networking equipment.
Will HOBI buy our used IT equipment?
Yes. HOBI buys used computers, servers, networking gear, monitors and mobile devices. Send your equipment list through Sell Used IT Equipment for a fair-market valuation. Data destruction is included.
